Check-in
Please inform Hotel Lieto Soggiorno in advance of your expected arrival time. You can provide this information in the Special Requests section when booking or contact the property using the details provided in the booking confirmation.
Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Guests are invited to return the keys to the reception.
Children
Children of all ages are allowed. 1 child (up to 2 years old) can stay at a cost of €10 per child per night using cribs (if available). Up to 4 children (up to 2 years old) can stay for free using existing beds. Extra beds are not allowed. The maximum number of cribs is 1, and the maximum total number of guests is 5.
Pets
Pets not allowed.
Cancellation
Please remember that in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Payment
An amount equal to the total may be charged at any time. A prepayment is required to guarantee the booking.
